Content Cadence

The growth power of your business email

by Ravi Vadrevu

This is a four-part series on How to email with AI?, where we share unique insights into unleashing the growth power of your business email.

The essential metric of any successful growth campaign is traction. The more hooks you have to engage your audience, the higher the clickthrough rate (CTR).

There's an unfair advantage in delivering your content to corporate email. The audience spends 50 hrs+ per week on the email — making a competitive attention span.

We have seen campaigns with strong narrative has more CTR than others. The content cadence delivers your story to your target audience in multiple windows within a four-week timeline.

How many emails should we send? Sending too many emails to the same recipients without proper strategy and logic ends up in flagging.

We've learned that a four-piece content cadence is the right type of engagement for email. You should quit sending from the cadence once your recipient takes any action (click, unsubscribe, etc.). Otherwise, you'd piss them off and end up getting flagged.

  1. Introduction — share something that your audience won't know about your product
  2. Product offering — share your product process
  3. Social validation 1 — share a proven story about your product
  4. Social validation 2 — share a unique story about your product

Once your content is ready, you can set them up on a CRM with custom logic. You can also schedule a demo with us to deliver your cadence with machine precision.

There are also caveats involved in sending bulk emails at scale — we will discuss those in detail in the upcoming parts.

Next Steps — Part 3. Smart Impression Metrics to understand how critical is your IP reputation and sending patterns for accurate metrics.
